It is necessary to pre-register for ALL classes. Payment must be made in full to assure your place in class. We need this commitment from you in order for our classes to run as smoothly as possible and so that our teachers may properly prepare for class.
We must make our commitment to teachers two weeks prior to the start of their class. Therefore, refunds and reschedules are available when the change is made at least two weeks prior to class. There will be a $5 handling fee for cancellations. Please do not ask for exceptions. In the event that a class must be cancelled, individuals will be contacted and given a full refund.
Please be sure to bring all your own supplies. Sharing with others hinders their enjoyment of the class and makes the class move slowly, with the possibility of not completing the class. If you do not bring the necessary supplies, you will be asked to purchase them for the class.
Please feel free to bring your lunch and drinks for all day classes. A refrigerator is available for your use. We also have wonderful restaurant choices for quick lunches in town. Please silence your cell phone during classes.
It is requested that students purchase their supplies and fabrics at The Quilting Nook. Remember, you receive a 15% discount on class supplies and fabrics!
